CLASS HIGHLIGHTS
This is project based class. In this class we will go through the elements of the design and finishing techniques of GUADALUPE RIVER LIGHT. By making a swatch of the one pattern repeat, we will take a deep dive into the intricate, but easy to learn techniques. From a bobble stitch to a bead application with a steel hook – I will show you how it is done! Find the pattern on Ravelry here.

Learn the anatomy of Guadalupe River Light design.

Learn how to create I-Cord edge.

Learn how the Bobble stitch.

Learn the bead application with steel hook.

Learn blocking technique applicable to this design.

Get inspired by the presentation of the multiple samples in array of fibers and colors.

Supplies needed for the class:
-
about 20g of practice yarn in fingering weight yarn.

Miyuki glass beads size 6/0.
-
US3 (3.25mm) needles (you can use double-pointed needles).

row counter, 2 stitch markers.
Class policies:
Enrollment: Class is limited to 8 people unless approved by the instructor. Enrollment must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the first class to ensure there is a space for you. You can sign up in the store, online, or by phone (817)731-5044.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your class registration, you will be issued store credit for the class amount if you give us a week or more notice. If given less than a week and we can fill your spot in the knitting class, you will be issued store credit for the class amount.
If there are less than 4 students in a class, the class may be cancelled one day prior and store credit will be issued for the class fee.
Missed Classes:
Missed single classes cannot be made up or credited towards a future class.
