First the yoke is worked back and forth to the final neck cast on. When the neck shaping is complete\, the yoke is worked in rounds to sleeve separation. The sleeve stitches are placed on hold and the underarm stitches are cast on. Then the body is worked in rounds to the ribbing. The sleeve stitches are then picked up again to work the sleeve in rounds\, top down\, to the cuffs. Neck finishing is worked last. \n  \nYarnLace: 1903 (2078\, 2255\, 2402\, 2603)(2881\, 3115\, 3412\, 3710) yds.  Yarn is held double throughout.   \nA sport or DK yarn could be substituted but gauge must be maintained. \nNeedlesUS Size 4 (3.5 mm) 16” and 32” Circular needle and DPNs for neck\, body and sleeve ribbing. \nUS Size 5 24” and 32” circular Needle and DPNs for body and sleeves. \nGauge21 sts x 30 rows = 4” \nSizes35.75\, (38.75\, 42\, 48) (51.75\, 55.5\, 60.25\, 64) inches \nSuggested ease:  Sample on pattern is work with approximately 4 inches positive ease at bust. \nMaterials:  Stitch holders or waste yarn\, stitch markers in different colors for shoulders (4)\, back increases (2)\, sleeve pattern (4) and front pattern (2)\, tapestry needle\, blocking tools. \nHomework:Come to class with a 4 inch square already knit and blocked on the size needles you wish to knit your sweater on. \n\n\n\n               Class policies: Enrollment: Class is limited to 8 people unless approved by the instructor. Enrollment must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the first class to ensure there is a space for you. You can sign up in the store\, online\, or by phone (817)731-5044.  \nCancellations: If you need to cancel your class registration\, you will be issued store credit for the class amount if you give us a week or more notice. If given less than a week and we can fill your spot in the knitting class\, you will be issued store credit for the class amount.  \n\n\n\nIf there are less than 4 students in a class\, the class may be cancelled one day prior and store credit will be issued for the class fee.  \nMissed Classes:Missed single classes cannot be made up or credited towards a future class.  \n
