DESCRIPTION:Click here to register – or on the link below. \nTHIS IS A CLASS RESERVATION – YOU WILL PAY FOR CLASS IN STORE WHEN THE CLASS BEGINS \nPrice: $65 \nRegistration Deadline: Saturday\, August 13\,  4:00 PMInstructor: Karen BrownTime: 10:30am – 12:30pmDate: August 16th and August 23rdSkil Level: Intermediate – Pre-Class work required* \nCome join us August 16th and 23rd for a hands on 4-hour workshop on Fair Isle Knitting.  You will have your choice of knitting in fingering weight using Catlin Hunter’s Cardamom Coffee Hat (purchase pattern online from Ravelry $5 or at the shop on class day) or using worsted weight for a hat\, Jennifer Inness’ the Mountains are Calling.  You will also learn how to choose colors for your hat\, the German Stretchy Cast on as well as how to block your hat once finished. \nThis is an intermediate class.  In addition to the needles (16″ Circular US 2 and 3 and size 3 DPNs for fingering weight and 16″ Circular US 4 and 8 and size 8 DPNs for worsted weight) and main color yarn that you’d like to use\, be sure to bring with you the first day: \n\nA 4×4 a stockinette swatch of your main color using the larger needles required for your pattern. (US 3 for fingering weight\, US 8 for worsted weight)\nPencil & paper for notes  \nNeedles \nScissors \nCrochet hook  \n\n \nClass policies: Enrollment: Class is limited to 7 students unless approved by the instructor. You can sign up in the store\, online\, or by phone (817) 731-5044.  \nCancellations: Although we do not require payment until the day of the class\, please check your schedule and only register if you fully intend to attend the class.  We know that emergencies happen\, so if you need to cancel your class registration\, please let us know as soon as possible so that someone else can fill your spot. If you need to miss a class that is in a series of classes\, please consult directly with the instructor. \nIf less than 4 students sign up for a class\, the class may be cancelled the evening before.
